Numerous users are reporting error messages such as “Connection timed out” and “The initial connection between Cloudflare’s network and the origin web server timed out.” These messages indicate that many are unable to access the platform, leading to mounting frustration.

In response to the ongoing issues, Canva has addressed the situation via its official status page. The company stated, “We’re aware of an issue where users are unable to access Canva and are encountering timeout errors when trying to load the platform.” Furthermore, they mentioned, “Our engineering team is actively investigating the situation and working diligently to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible to restore service.”

According to Downdetector, a prominent outage monitoring platform, over 1,300 users in India have reported similar issues. This has prompted many users to take their frustrations to social media, particularly X (formerly Twitter), where they express their dissatisfaction and seek clarification regarding the situation.
