The highly awaited Google Pixel 10 Pro, along with the entire Pixel 10 lineup, is projected for a global release in August 2025. Following the trend set last year, this latest smartphone range should become available for purchase shortly after its announcement. While Google remains tight-lipped about the specifics of these upcoming devices, numerous leaks and rumors have begun circulating online, revealing potential key specifications and features.
Recently, leaked design renders have hinted that the Pixel 10 Pro will retain the sleek aesthetic of the Pixel 9 Pro. This includes characteristics such as flat edges, a punch-hole front camera, symmetrical bezels, and the iconic rear camera visor that has become a hallmark of the Pixel range. Interestingly, it appears that this time around, the Pixel 10 Pro will come with a glossy frame, differentiating it from the matte finish of the standard Pixel 10. Now, let’s delve into what this exciting new model may offer under the hood.
The Pixel 10 Pro is reportedly set to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED LTPO display that supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, along with a peak brightness level reaching up to a stunning 3,000 nits. To ensure durability, it is speculated that the display will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
As is customary for Google, the performance of the Pixel 10 Pro will potentially be powered by the upcoming Tensor G5 chip, which is manufactured based on TSMC’s state-of-the-art 3nm process technology. This latest chipset is expected to enhance both power efficiency and performance, marking an upgrade over its predecessors, and it could be complemented by a generous 16GB of RAM.
For photography enthusiasts, the Pixel 10 Pro appears to be retaining the camera setup that has garnered praise in both the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 8 Pro. This setup includes a robust 50-megapixel primary sensor, a versatile 48-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and an impressive 48-megapixel ultrawide camera, allowing for a diverse range of photographic capabilities.
