ToggleApple has recently introduced the M4 MacBook Air and the M3 iPad Air, but it seems the tech giant is just getting started. As per recent reports, Apple plans to roll out over 15 new products by 2025. This upcoming lineup is expected to include the eagerly awaited iPhone 17 series, M5-powered computers, various iPads, AirPods, and updates to the Apple Watch. Additionally, a fresh HomePad smart home device might also be revealed, according to the findings. Here is a comprehensive overview of what we anticipate from Apple’s future launches.
Significant updates are rumored for the iPhone 17 lineup, particularly in terms of its design and branding. Leaks suggest that Apple is planning to phase out the iPhone 17 Plus, introducing a new, ultra-sleek model dubbed the iPhone 17 Air. Furthermore, we can expect the Pro Max variant to be rebranded as the iPhone 17 Ultra. The iPhone 17 Ultra is anticipated to come equipped with considerable enhancements in terms of camera technology, overall performance, and battery longevity. In contrast, the iPhone 17 Air is likely to adopt a streamlined, minimalist aesthetic, featuring a singular camera setup.
Ahead of its device launches, Apple is gearing up to unveil M5-powered gadgets later this year. Although the M5 MacBook Air is expected to make its appearance next year, the MacBook Pro is set to be the very first device to be powered by the M5 chip, with Pro and Max variants anticipated. Concerning the iPads, we may see the M5 iPad Pro released as well, potentially integrating Apple’s proprietary C1 modem. Moreover, reports indicate that the Mac Pro could be equipped with an M3 Ultra chip.
Additionally, the upcoming AirPods Pro 3 are rumored to feature the new H3 processor, enhanced ANC capabilities, and a heart-monitoring function. While some leaks mention the possibility of incorporating tiny cameras into the AirPods, it’s generally agreed that this feature is unlikely to materialize soon. Alongside this, the introduction of the Apple Watch Ultra 3 is anticipated, potentially supporting 5G RedCap technology, blood pressure monitoring, and satellite communication. The anticipated Apple Watch Series 11 is also rumored to include blood pressure monitoring features.
Apple is also expected to launch a HomePad, envisioned to operate as a command center powered by a new home operating system. Improvements are anticipated with the HomePod mini 2, which may incorporate an upgraded Wi-Fi modem. Furthermore, a refreshed Apple TV 4K could be introduced, featuring enhanced Apple Intelligence capabilities.
There are speculations surrounding the next iteration of the AirTag, referred to as AirTag 2, which promises upgraded Ultra Wideband tracking and enhanced privacy features. Discussions also hint at a second-generation Studio Display that could potentially utilize MiniLED technology.
Lastly, anticipation is building for a new version of the Vision Pro, which is expected to be equipped with the M5 chip, possibly debuting by late 2025 or early 2026.
