The Oppo Reno 13 series is scheduled to be unveiled on January 9, 2025. As the launch date approaches, numerous specifications have emerged online, helping to paint a clearer picture of what we can expect. The series has already made its debut in China, offering insights into what the global market may see. Recently, fresh leaks have unveiled anticipated pricing details for the Indian market. According to leakster @LeaksAn1, who shared insights via X (formerly Twitter), the pricing for the Oppo Reno 13 series looks promising. The base model of the Oppo Reno 13 is expected to start at Rs 37,999, which comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Furthermore, the 256GB variant is rumored to be priced at Rs 39,999. Moving on to the Reno 13 Pro, the configuration featuring 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is speculated to cost around Rs 49,999, while the high-end version with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage could be priced at Rs 54,999.
At this moment, it remains unclear whether these prices incorporate any bank or launch promotions, or if they represent the maximum retail prices. Additional discounts and promotional offers might be introduced during the official unveiling of the product, potentially reducing the price further.
From the information available, we can expect the Oppo Reno 13 series to flaunt a premium build, featuring aluminum frames and elegantly sculpted rear panels. In terms of display protection, the series will utilize Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, ensuring durability and resistance to scratches. Additionally, both models are designed with an innovative triple-camera setup. The camera module has received a redesign, showcasing two lenses aligned vertically and a third lens placed alongside them for enhanced photography options.
Both smartphones are set to operate on the robust MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipsets, providing exceptional performance capabilities. The standard model will support up to 8GB of RAM, coupled with a storage option of 256GB, while the Pro version will be equipped with a more substantial 12GB of RAM and a generous 512GB of storage. In terms of battery life, the Pro variant will be powered by a 5,800mAh battery, whereas the base model will come with a slightly smaller 5,600mAh battery, catering to diverse user needs and preferences.
