The release of the iPhone 17 series is anticipated for September, likely during the first two weeks of the month. Historically, Apple has chosen September to host its annual launch event, and it seems that this year will be no exception. However, exact dates for the event have yet to be confirmed.
With trade tariffs imposed on goods imported from China affecting prices, predicting the launch cost of the iPhone 17 remains challenging. Last year, Apple maintained the pricing of the iPhone 16 in the U.S., starting at $799 (approximately ₹67,000). In India, the iPhone 16 debuted at ₹79,900, leading to speculation that the iPhone 17 will be priced similarly.

This year, Apple appears to be eliminating the Plus version in favor of a new, lighter model referred to as the iPhone 17 Air. Rumors suggest that this phone will be the slimmest Apple has ever introduced. Additionally, it is expected that non-Pro versions of the iPhone 17 will finally incorporate a 120Hz ProMotion display, a significant improvement over the current 60Hz technology.
